Our story

Built on engineering. Grown on trust.

Harmony Group was founded in 1996 as an engineering company in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). In 2005 the group diversified into real estate, bringing with it the rigour of building services: systems that work, structures that last and details that are thought through.

Today Harmony is a real estate group with a portfolio that spans retail, residential, commercial and township projects. Two decades of a customer-focused approach and a continuous quest for quality have seen the group complete and take up close to one million square feet of development across Pune.

  1. 1996

    The beginning

    Harmony is founded as an engineering company in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.

  2. 2005

    Into real estate

    The group diversifies into property development, starting with residential projects in Pune's growth corridors.

  3. Homes

    The Pearl & Savannah

    The Pearl sets the quality benchmark for Baner, while the 12-acre Savannah township establishes Wagholi as a residential destination.

  4. Business

    TransBay & Vantagio

    Commercial landmarks of showrooms and offices in Balewadi and on the Wakad corridor, close to the Hinjewadi IT Park.

  5. Today

    Brick House & redevelopment

    Brick House brings a red-brick office landmark to Mukund Nagar, and Arma Harmony Realty LLP takes the group's approach to society redevelopment.

How we partner

When Harmony joins hands with another developer, we form a dedicated LLP or partnership firm for that project. Each partner brings land, capital or expertise, and the project gets a single, accountable entity with its own MahaRERA registration.

Engineering heritage

Where it all began.

Before Harmony built a single building, it engineered what makes buildings work. Our roots in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning shaped how we develop today: services planned from day one, plant rooms that are accessible and maintainable, and comfort that is designed rather than retro-fitted.
